CSMEJobs.net: Isn't this all we need?

CSMEJobs.net is a job search engine and career social networking/community website operated by EFI Limited in Trinidad and Tobago.
The site is intended to "provide the best place on the Internet for job seekers in the Caribbean Diaspora and employers looking for Caribbean talent to find each other". It is targetted at job-seekers, HR managers, recruiters, trainers and professional/trade associations.

CSMEJobs.net invokes the name of the CARICOM single market with some high-minded text: "With the creation of the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) ... there is now greater opportunity for the free and easy movement of human capital within the Caribbean."

Isn't this just what the CSME needs more of - "real-world", private sector-driven job sources with information on the range of skills that are needed throughout CARICOM? Shouldn't the CSME be just about jobs and business opportunities, and less about the politician's promise of opportunities? Have you used the site? Did it work for you? If this site doesn't work for you, why not? Dia-blog with us...
